dc.descriptionAtriofascicular accessory pathways are most commonly associated with antidromic AVRT but can also be a source of automatic tachycardia. This presentation can be easily confused with ventricular tachycardia and should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a broad-complex tachycardia. Furthermore, the varying QRS morphology observed in both short and long VH tachycardias is likely attributable to conduction blocks (anterograde or retrograde respectively) within the left fascicles.
