dc.description.abstractMultidrug resistance makes the Gram-negative bacterium Klebsiella pneumoniae a growing threat and a major contributor to neonatal sepsis. At SRHU, Dehradun, India, we discovered four hypervirulent multidrug-resistant strains from bloodstream infections in neonates, highlighting their clinical significance and treatment and infection control implications.
